Hello everyone! I am excited to introduce #WomenWednesday, a day where I will be sharing useful information, tips, hacks, inspiration, and advice about women's health. Women's health is an important topic and I have seen many unfortunate cases during my 4 years as a medical scribe in an emergency department. Many women go through difficult times because they don't take care of themselves or lack knowledge about certain areas of women's health. As ladies, it is important that we take care of ourselves, take responsibility, and commit to maintaining a well-balanced and healthy body.

Disclaimer: Now, I am NOT a health professional...not yet lol Everything that I will post will come from various reliable sources and I work closely with doctors, PAs, and ARNPs, nurses, and other great health professionals daily. What works for you, may not work for others and vice versa.
